Gain the Confidence that Comes Along with Looking and Feeling Your Best.
Sun damage, unwanted blemishes, widened pores, oily skin, acne and undesirable hair all can make you feel unhealthy, unattractive and unwilling to put your best self out there. While your daily skin routine is important, it will never reach the deeper layers of your skin to treat the source of the issue. Only LASER skin rejuvenation and skin resurfacing is powerful enough to eliminate years of accumulated skin damage, improve skin quality and restore collagen production for a more clear and vibrant appearance.

The ideal candidate for LASER is anyone dealing with an unwanted cosmetic issue of the skin. Different LASERS treat the skin at varying depths, and are carefully selected to match each patient’s skin type and desired treatment results.
- BroadBand Light (BBL) therapy, is effective in treating surface discoloration such as freckles, age spots, sun spots, acne and rosacea as well as mild uneven texture and visible blood vessels (Spider veins).
- Micro laser peels remove the thin outermost layers of damaged skin to even out tone and texture. These procedures are perfect for treatment of mild to moderate depth pores and wrinkles.
- Fractional and Full surface laser skin resurfacing procedures treat the deeper layers to stimulate collagen production, drastically improve contour and tighten the skin. Significant changes can be seen in areas with moderate to deep contour deformities. Likewise, oily skin and areas of acne respond well to the deeper treatments offered by these technologies.
Most LASER treatments can be performed in the office. LASER treatments for the treatments described above are done in the office using topical numbing or cryotherapy for comfort.
Depending on the strength and depth of the LASER treatment, you will be advised to stay out of the sun for a period of time following the procedure. Early exposure to UV may cause unwanted pigmentation changes as your skin heals from the LASER treatment. For added protection, use of a sunscreen during daily activity is recommended.
Downtime is dependent on the procedure(s) performed, but can range from mild overnight redness to 5-7 days of skin healing.
Some aggressive LASER treatments cannot be done on people with darker skin tones due to the risk of changes in pigmentation. However, treatment for most mild to moderate skin issues in patients with darker skin tone can likely be addressed using a combination of alternate treatment methods.
In addition to the face and neck, LASER skin resurfacing procedures can be performed on the arms, back, chest, legs, and stomach. Dr. Beck adjusts each procedure to meet the specific patient goals and may suggest a combination of treatment types if necessary. Most treatments take less than an hour.
