What Are Pectoral Implants?

Some guys can build their chest. Some guys can bench a small truck and still look like they skipped chest day. Pectoral Implants in Frisco add shape, projection, and structure when the chest simply isn’t built to create the look you want on its own.

Also called pec implants or male chest augmentation, they can create more definition, improve balance, and give the upper body stronger proportions without making the chest look obviously “done.”

Bottom line: if your chest looks too flat, too narrow, uneven, or just out of proportion with the rest of you, pec implants may be the missing piece.

  • Add width and projection to a flat or underdeveloped chest
  • Balance pecs that are noticeably uneven
  • Restore volume lost after injury, aging, or major body changes
  • Improve chest contour associated with conditions such as Poland syndrome or pectus excavatum

All You’re Missing is the Big Red S

Every superhero gets a custom suit. Your chest shouldn’t get the off-the-rack version.

Here’s where things get a little more superhero-level. At SCULPT, Dr. Beck doesn’t simply choose a pectoral implant from a catalog. He custom designs your pec implants based on the findings from a CT scan of your chest.

The scan gives Dr. Beck a detailed look at your individual chest structure, dimensions, asymmetries, and anatomy. He then uses that information to design implants specifically around your chest rather than trying to make your anatomy fit an off-the-shelf option.

No Model A. No Model B. No “this one is probably close enough.” This is custom pectoral augmentation built from your actual anatomy.

Put all of that together and you’re not getting a generic chest upgrade. You’re getting the kind of chest that reads superhuman strength: broad, defined, balanced, and built for your frame.

WARNING: You may be asked to save the world.

The Pectoral Implant Process

  • Step 1: Consultation

No medical vocabulary required. Point to what you don’t like, tell Dr. Beck what you want different, and he’ll take it from there.

This is where the idea gets real. You’ll talk through what can actually change, what would make the biggest difference for your frame, and what your options look like.

First-time consultations at SCULPT are complimentary. Come in, ask the questions, and see what’s possible. No commitment required.

  • Step 2: Personalized Plan

This is where your chest becomes the blueprint. At SCULPT in Frisco, Dr. Beck turns the findings from your CT scan into the final design for your custom pec implants.

Then we map out surgery, prep, recovery, and exactly what happens next.

  • Step 3: Procedure

Implants in. Scar out of sight. During pectoral implant surgery, Dr. Beck places your custom implants beneath the pec muscles through discreet incisions hidden in the natural armpit crease.

Surgery is performed under general anesthesia and typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Then it’s on to recovery.

  • Step 4: Aftercare

Home the same day. Back in motion sooner than you think. You’ll wear a compression vest for the first few weeks while swelling settles and your chest heals.

Light activity and stretching usually begin around 2 weeks, with a gradual return to full workouts around 6 weeks, depending on how you’re healing.

Then comes the payoff: the shirt fits different, the mirror hits different, and your chest stops being the part of your body you second-guess.
