Wellness Center in Frisco
LOOK GOOD. FEEL GOOD.
Look Good. Feel Good.
Not just a tagline. It’s how SCULPT evolved.
SCULPT started with plastic surgery and aesthetics. But we kept hearing the same thing-you made me look great, now I want to feel as great as I look.
In essence patients didn’t just want to look better. They also wanted to feel better, perform better, and stay healthier longer.
So we revolutionized the way we care for people. Because looking better and living better shouldn’t feel like two completely separate conversations.
At our Wellness Center in Frisco, aesthetics and wellness don’t live in separate silos. We look at the outside and the inside, from appearance and body composition to hormones, metabolic health, recovery, and longevity, because they’re all part of the same person.
One coordinated approach that brings together the expertise of Dr. Daniel Beck, our founder and Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, and Lucio Gonzales, PA-C, our Director of Wellness and Longevity.
A Complete Approach to Wellness

Executive Wellness & General Health Program
If you want to improve your health, it helps to know what you’re actually working with. Our Executive Wellness Program look at your health history, lab work, body composition, preventive risk factors, and more to establish a clearer picture of what your body needs now and where it may be headed.

Hormone Optimization
Energy dropping? Sleep off? Muscle harder to maintain? Libido not what it used to be? Hormones can influence more of how you feel and perform than most people realize. We use testing and clinical evaluation to determine whether hormone optimization belongs in your larger wellness plan.

Weight & Metabolic Health
Weight is more than a number on a scale. Metabolism, hormones, body composition, nutrition, muscle mass, and lifestyle all play a role. SCULPT takes a medical approach to weight management designed around long-term health, not just getting the number down.

Peptide Therapy
Sometimes your body needs better instructions, not another generic supplement. Peptide therapy can be incorporated into a personalized plan to support recovery, body composition, hormone function, performance, and healthy aging based on what you are trying to improve.

Stem Cell Therapy
Getting older does not mean automatically accepting slower recovery and declining function. Stem Cell therapies may be used as part of a broader strategy focused on tissue health, recovery, mobility, and longevity when they are appropriate for the patient.

IV & Nutrient Therapy
Busy schedules, hard training, travel, recovery, and everyday stress can take a toll. IV and nutrient therapies give us another way to support hydration, nutrient replenishment, energy, recovery, and overall performance within a larger wellness plan.

Stop Piecing Your Health Together
Most people end up managing their health in pieces. One office for basic care. One for hormones. Another for weight. Somewhere else for recovery. Then another conversation when aesthetics enter the picture.
That gets old fast.
Primary care plays an important role, but a routine medical visit is not always built around optimization, performance, body composition, longevity, or the amount of time it takes to really understand why you feel different than you used to.
That is where SCULPT’s Wellness Center takes a different approach.
Our wellness and aesthetic teams work under one roof, giving us the ability to look deeper, connect more of the information, and build a plan around what you want to improve now and where you want your health to go long term.
Fewer disconnected appointments. More continuity. A plan that actually fits together.
Feeling off is one thing. Knowing why is another.
At our Wellness Center in Frisco, we start with the person, the data, and the patterns that may be affecting your performance-and then we find a solution.
The better the information, the smarter the plan.
-

Read the Signals
Low energy. Stubborn weight. Poor sleep. Slower recovery. Changes in strength, focus, libido, or how your body is responding to the same routine.
Those things are worth paying attention to.
We take a closer look at your health history, medications, symptoms, lifestyle, lab testing, body composition, and what has changed over time to establish a clearer baseline.
Your body leaves clues. We pay attention to them.
-

Set the Priorities
Not every number needs fixing. Not every symptom needs a prescription. And not every patient needs the same version of “optimal.”
We look at what the data is showing, what actually matters to your health, and what you want to improve, whether that is hormone health, metabolic health, body composition, energy, recovery, performance, or longevity.
Because a plan built around somebody else’s targets is not much of a plan.
-

Build the Play
Once we understand the bigger picture, we decide what belongs in your plan and what doesn’t.
That may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, IV or nutrient support, regenerative medicine, or other strategies when they make sense for you.
We don’t throw everything at the wall and call it wellness. Every recommendation should earn its place.
-

Track It. Adjust It. Keep Going.
Your body changes. Your schedule changes. Your priorities change. Good wellness care should be able to keep up.
We follow your progress, revisit symptoms and goals, review updated labs or body-composition data when appropriate, and adjust the plan based on what is actually happening.
This isn’t “here’s your protocol, good luck.” We stay involved.

A Message From Dr. Daniel Beck
When I started SCULPT, I wanted to create a place where people could have honest conversations about the things they wanted to change, improve, or better understand about themselves.
At first, many of those conversations were about appearance. But over time, the questions got bigger.
Why is my energy changing? Why is it harder to maintain my weight or strength? Why am I recovering slower? What can I do now to stay healthier as I get older?
Those conversations helped shape what SCULPT is today.
I believe looking your best matters. I also believe it means a lot more when you have the health, energy, and confidence to actually enjoy it.
That is why I built SCULPT Aesthetic Center and brought on Lucio Gonzales, PA-C to lead our Wellness program. His experience in preventive health and longevity gives our patients access to a deeper level of care focused on what is happening inside the body, not just what we can see from the outside.
Plastic surgery was where SCULPT started. Helping people get more out of the way they look, feel, and live is where we’re going.

Dr. Beck is a miracle worker! Ive had gynecomastia since I was a teen after hitting puberty. After finally getting the courage to do something about it and after tons of research, Dr. Beck was the clear choice for whom I needed to call.

Dr. Beck is a miracle worker! Ive had gynecomastia since I was a teen after hitting puberty. I was super self-conscious about it showing through shirts and especially shirtless, throughout my teenage and young adult years. After finally getting the courage to do something about it, and with tons of research, Dr. Beck was the clear choice on who I needed to call. Dr. Beck and his rock star staff always made sure to put me first, ultimately striving for my happiness by simply getting the results that I was looking to achieve. And I couldn’t be happier with the results he and his amazing staff have given me! Would recommend 100/100 times to anyone who wants honest, friendly, and results-oriented care and service! Thanks for changing my life, Dr. Beck!

This team of professionals care about me – they care about their work – and they care about the results.
Bryan P.
Being very unsure of this process, I found Sculpt after a thorough search, opting for the one surgeon who focuses on men. I found great comfort in this – only to be further have my anxiety calmed by the care of the support team leading up to the consultation. Eager to hear me, the team was kind, patient and reassuring. The consult was not easy – only because you literally bear your entire being in front of complete strangers so that they can see what they are working with. In this, there is a bedside manner that was given, easing anxiety.
Leading up to surgery day, there was consistent follow-up with the clinician team which, brought considerable reassurance and confidence.
Surgery day – was seamless. Having never gone through any surgery before, I definitely was concerned about the process. However, I was met with a kindness, professionalism and true care for me by both Dr. Beck and his team.
This process has been a long-time coming journey for me and I can’t speak highly enough about the level of care and concern that I have been shown throughout. This team of professionals care about me – they care about their work – and they care about the results.
I highly recommend Dr. Beck and his team and encourage anyone considering this procedure to connect with Sculpt first.

Dr. Beck is hands down the best choice for male gyno.
Beeben R.
Dr. Beck is hands down the best choice for male gyno. After extensive research there is a lot of people that don’t have lumps fully removed, or collapsing nipples. This is because they don’t fully understand the art it takes to specialize in a very specific body area. Males typically get written off and Dr. Beck takes special attention. After 5 consults it was so painfully obvious they probably correct a lot of others peoples work out there as well. Glad I did it right the first time!

If you are a male who is on the fence about getting anything done from an aesthetic point of view, I would highly recommend taking the leap of faith with Dr. Beck, you won’t be disappointed!
Steven B.
Dr. Beck and his staff are phenomenal! In my case, you are already nervous enough just getting a consultation for a procedure, let alone actually taking the chance on a physician to actually do what they say they are capable of doing. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to move forward with them. I am only 20 days into my recovery and my results are already outstanding. If you are a male who is on the fence about getting anything done from an aesthetic point of view, I would highly recommend taking the leap of faith with Dr. Beck, you won’t be disappointed!

In Longevity Medicine More Years Is Not the Whole Point
Living longer sounds great. Living longer while losing strength, energy, mobility, mental sharpness, or independence? Not nearly as appealing.
That is why our approach to longevity medicine is not simply about adding years. It is about helping you protect the quality of those years.
Healthspan matters.
The real win is staying capable as the years add up.
Strong enough to keep moving. Sharp enough to keep leading. Healthy enough to travel, train, work, and enjoy the life you have built.
Longevity should give you more life to live, not just more birthdays.

Strong enough to keep moving. Sharp enough to keep leading. Healthy enough to travel, train, work, and enjoy the life you have built.
Longevity should give you more life to live, not just more birthdays.
Protect What Keeps You Capable
Healthy aging is about more than avoiding disease. Muscle mass, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormones, sleep, recovery, nutrition, and body composition can all influence how well you function over time.
At our Wellness Center in Frisco, we look at those areas together so we can better understand where you are today and what deserves attention moving forward.
The objective is not to chase youth. It is to protect capability.
Muscle Is More Than a Mirror Metric
Strength becomes increasingly valuable as we age. Maintaining muscle can support mobility, physical function, metabolic health, balance, and the ability to stay independent and active.
So when we talk about body composition, we are not only talking about weight or appearance.
What your body can do matters just as much as what it weighs.
Your Numbers Mean More in Context
Blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, hormones, body composition, and other health markers can tell us useful things individually. They become much more valuable when we look at the patterns developing across time.
One “normal” result does not tell the whole story.
We pay attention to trends, changes, symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term risk so the data can help guide smarter decisions about preventive wellness, metabolic health, hormone health, nutrition, recovery, and healthy aging.
We are interested in where your health is heading, not just whether you passed today’s test.
Your Brain, Energy, and Recovery Count Too
Feeling healthy should show up in real life.
That may mean clearer thinking. Better energy throughout the day. More productive training. Stronger recovery. Better sleep. Maintaining strength. Feeling more like yourself.
Those changes are not all caused by the same thing, which is exactly why longevity care should not revolve around one hormone, one supplement, or one trendy treatment.
The bigger picture matters.
This Is What We Mean by Longevity
We are not trying to turn aging into a full-time job.
The point is to help you stay healthy enough to keep doing more of what makes life worth extending in the first place.
Travel. Train. Build. Lead. Spend time with the people who matter. Stay independent. Keep showing up.
More years are nice. More good years are better.
